Lower Illegal Drug Prices in Europe

What has this world come to, when there is a published article on Yahoo discussing the falling prices of Heroine and Cocaine in Europe. The article make a big deal out of the fact the Heroine prices are down 45% over the last 5 years. 

Who but an avid doper would really care about the falling price of illegal drugs!
